Meet Lena
Why birth is my passion
Over the course of my lifetime, I have developed a niche for serving the pregnant community. All things birth light a fire within my soul. At the age of 14 I witnessed my first birth. I remember the rush of emotions and the long hours of labor like it was yesterday. From that moment on, I knew that I needed to become a birth worker. Nothing beats the moment a baby is brought earth-side and I consider it a great honor to be a part of such a sacred experience.

Birth Support

Massage Therapy
From our initial meeting all the way through your pregnancy and delivery, I take the time to get to know you, your concerns and your needs. Together we will explore all the options available to you. I’m always available to contact by phone and will provide you with tools to ensure a positive and calm experience.
As a licensed massage therapist specializing in prenatal bodywork, I bring a unique set of skills to the table. With access to all the proper bolsters and cushions to allow for safe and therapeutic massage, You can lay face down and feel relief from the aches and pains of pregnancy.
"I do not care what kind of birth you have... A home birth, scheduled cesarean, epidural hospital birth or if you birth alone in the woods next to a baby deer. I care that you had options, that you were supported in your choices, and that you were respected."
-January Harshe
